xkobo
xkobo is my favorite free software video game.
It's a simple top-down space game where you scroll all around, dodge and blow stuff up.
I don't like the version on freshmeat (1.11+w01) or the sdl version. I think the plain old 1.11 version is best. Except that it has some minor compilation errors on newer versions of GNU/Linux (and presumably other systems.)
I've changed several variable types, and the build instructions so it works well on my system.
