French Canadian Meat Pie

5c (2.5#) ground beef

4 medium (4c) mashed potatoes

1t salt

garlic & onion powder

1/2t dill

1/4 each: thyme, sage, celery seed, allspice, pepper, dry mustard

1/2c water

2 eggs

3c pie dough:

3c flour

1c butter

3/4t salt

9t water

cook at 425 for 15 minutes, then 375 for 30

makes 2 covered pies.
